- 1 Spatula or wooden spoon
- 1 8x8-inch baking dish
- 1 Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup Protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3 cup Honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract optional
- 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

- Mix Everything Together: Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Use a spatula to mix until the cereal is fully coated and forms a sticky mixture.
- Press into the Baking Dish: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Use hands, back of a spatula or a sheet of parchment paper to press the mixture down firmly and evenly.
